VARYING LEVELS
AFEC International are seeking Architectural Technologists of varying experience levels to join our rapidly expanding Fire Engineering, Architecture and Construction firm based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have more than five years experience working across a range of industries and on a diversity of projects. They will be adaptable and competent.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology
- AutoCAD, REVIT and Sketchup proficiency
- Strong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and site / knowledge
- Experience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations,
- Experience of preparing planning, tender and construction details and documentation
- Experience working on large scale high density residential projects, commercial, industrial and public sector works
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Excellent teamwork and communication!
- Ability to use initiative and have excellent problem-solving abilities
Salary
