AFEC International are seeking a Bid Manager to join our rapidly expanding team based in Dublin. In this role, you will be a key member of our business development team, responsible for leading the bid process from start to finish. You will combine your expertise in bid management with strong graphic design skills to create compelling and visually appealing proposals that align with AFEC International’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar graphic design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- An eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Excellent people and time management skills.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Salary
