AFEC International have supported the HSQ with ongoing technical analysis and building infrastructure analysis. We have conducted on going peer reviews to ensure the buildings infrastructure and management procedures are maintained to the highest level for this major Dublin city growth hub. A new urban scheme containing a mix of living, work, culture, retail, hotel and community uses to form a pedestrian-scaled city quarter. Reddy Architects delivered this project which includes the provision of a new central square which was designed in collaboration with Jan Gehl acts be a memorable urban space to be used by day and night. Smaller public spaces are landscaped to provide a variety of distinct environments and offer intimate sheltered areas for residents and workers.
