AFEC were engaged to provide a proposal for a 5 Star Ski Resort located in the tourist region of Zakopane in Poland. The Hotel is located within the woodlands and compliments the surrounding environment with the use of timber cladding and natural tones throughout the facade.
This Hotel design features include a full leisure centre ski school facilities and direct access to the ski slopes. This project was driven by a sustainable concept with the use of local materials and trades. The remote location of the project demanded a comprehensive logistical programme which was key in establishing the overall project schedule and construction budget.
The concept was commercially proven and the build programme accurately outlined at project feasibility stage to ensure our clients were fully informed at the outset.
