Develop the client’s master plan on a brown field c. 36 acre site with the objective of creating sustainable well designed spaces that are created at a human scale. The submission provided for design development of a town centre 100 bed boutique hotel, retail and residential quarters. Residential units were designed in accordance with the new sustainable housing guidelines, further enhanced by good quality public amenity. This sustainable development created a unique pedestrian spine as it snakes through the master plan uniting zones into a cohesive community. We provided Architectural Concept design for this project.
