AFEC were commissioned to review a large portfolio over 65 buildings as part of a national programme of cladding risk assessments across multi-owner residential buildings, supporting both remediation planning and the development of future policy. Operating within a highly sensitive regulatory and stakeholder environment, the programme required a coordinated multidisciplinary approach combining fire safety assessment, technical review and large-scale data management.
This project demonstrates AFEC’s capability to support complex building safety programmes through integrated technical consultancy, risk-led assessment methodologies and strategic advisory input at portfolio and national scale.
