Delivered across a portfolio of healthcare, logistics and commercial facilities, these decarbonisation programmes focused on deep energy retrofit strategies, low-carbon systems integration and performance-led upgrades to support ambitious sustainability targets. Spanning occupied and operationally sensitive environments, the projects required carefully coordinated interventions to improve building performance while maintaining continuity of service and minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.
The programmes included mechanical and electrical system audits, HVAC and controls upgrades, integration of air source heat pumps, high-efficiency heating systems, LED lighting retrofits, metering and building management system enhancements, alongside energy modelling and grant-aligned compliance support. Working across a diverse range of building typologies, phased delivery strategies were developed to support live healthcare, logistics, and office environments, with a strong emphasis on scalable solutions, carbon reduction, and long-term operational efficiency.
