This 5,000m² manufacturing facility was developed to support the continued expansion of Magni Group, a global leader in the engineering, manufacture, and application of high-performance corrosion protection coatings. Headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan, Magni operates internationally across the United States, Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, and Korea, serving a diverse global industrial client base.
Designed as a modern, high-performance production environment, the facility accommodates advanced manufacturing operations alongside corporate office space, boardrooms, staff welfare facilities, and a large dedicated research and development laboratory. The main production area extended to over 3,500m², supporting specialist coating processes and associated operational infrastructure.
The development was designed to facilitate future growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced production capability, while also contributing significantly to local employment through the creation of approximately 100 new jobs.
